At FragFlex, we want you to feel confident in your signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are shipped within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
