Yes, every bottle and sample at FragFlex is 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized distributors or the brands themselves.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their scent sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries in the near future.
How should I store my fragrances?
To preserve the scent's integrity, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer.
